Returns and Refunds

We want your Clear Morning Kit to work on your car. If it doesn't, here's how we make it right.

 

Doesn't fit (30 days): The cover comes in one size (see our Fit Guide). If it doesn't fit your windshield, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your car's year, make and model, and you can return it under the Returns terms below.

 

Returns (30 days): You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

 

Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or a part is defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it free or refund you in full.

 

Digital products: The Winter Car Care Guide (PDF) is a digital download and can't be returned once it has been sent.

 

Refunds: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the return (or approve the claim).

 

Shipping Protection ($2.99, optional): If you added Shipping Protection to your order and your package is lost in transit or stolen after it's marked delivered, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and we'll send a free replacement. Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your order ships.
